The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Ref 26-136-CO-ABI-WEB Job Role Case Officer - ABI Location Northern Area, Base: Ballymena Office, BT42 4QJ Salary Starting on £30,426 per annum (pro rata) Hours 37 Hours Per Week- Monday-Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4:30pm Contract Temporary (Maternity Cover 9 Months initially) The Service ABI Choices is a specialist Training & Rehabilitation Service that supports adults with an acquired brain injury to engage in activities in their local community to develop their personal capacity, resilience, health and wellbeing.

ABI Choices offers goal-directed support to participants to progress from the service when they have achieved their goals.

The Role The Case Officer will work as part of a regional team to provide a person-led training and rehabilitation service for adults with ABI: To work in partnership with a range of referral sources, including the Community Brain Injury Team To hold a caseload of ABI participants, co-producing and managing their action plan activities.

To deliver in-house specialist training and rehabilitation sessions.

To support participants to engage in a Social Enterprise project To source external social inclusion activities that lead to sustainable outcomes.

Essential Criteria 1.

RQF level 6 (e. g. bachelor's degree) or equivalent level professional qualification AND Minimum of 1 years' paid experience in the direct provision of education, training or support.

OR Minimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline AND Minimum of 3 paid years' experience as above 2.

Proficiency in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. 3.

Ability to work independently with good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills.
