Our services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland You will significantly contribute to the efficient and effective delivery and development of financial and management accounting services within Cedar and assist the Director of Finance and Corporate Resources to con-tribute to Cedar’s overall strategic aims and objectives through the delivery of professional customer-focused financial services across multiple sites You will hold a shared corporate role in the organisation as a member of the Senior Management team, with collective leadership responsibility for making a significant contribution to realising Cedar’s vision, as well as shaping the organisation’s 5-year Strategic Plan. The post holder will be a strategic thinker who will build strong relationships both internally and externally, drawing on their exceptional professional background in order to influence others and achieve results. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, CIPFA or ACCA) 2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial management role (in the last 7 years) in a large or complex organisation with relevant management experience e.g. a Finance Manager role or Management Accountant role. large or complex organisation is defined as one with at least 200 staff or an annual budget of at least £10million and involving having to meet a range of stakeholder objectives 3. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills demonstrating ability to analyse complex situations Desirable Criteria 1.
