We are working with a well-established employee benefits consultancy who are looking to add a Pensions Administrator / Employee Benefits Administrator to their growing team. This is a client-facing consultancy role, not an internal HR position. You will support a varied portfolio of SME and corporate clients with the administration of workplace pension schemes and group employee benefits, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
You will have experience of and exposure to a wide range of schemes including Group Personal Pensions (GPP), Auto Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and other core group risk benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day administration of workplace pension schemes and employee benefits
- Processing new joiners, leavers, and contribution changes
- Managing Auto Enrolment, re-enrolment, opt-outs, and regulatory communications
- Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers via phone and email
- Producing pension summaries, projections, and reports
- Handling letters of authority and maintaining accurate provider records
- Supporting the administration of Life Assurance, PMI, Income Protection and Dental schemes
- Previous experience as a Pensions Administrator, Employee Benefits Administrator, or similar role
- Working knowledge of workplace pensions (GPP, Auto Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice)
- Understanding of core group risk benefits (Life Assurance, Income Protection, PMI) - desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident, professional client-facing communication
