Receptionist Administrator Onsite - Ashford (close to Ashford International) £28000 - £33,000 + Bonus and Private Healthcare As part of a dedicated business, the Receptionist Administrator is responsible for all things front of house and no day is the same.

You'll likely come from a similar role, within a professional services environment - Legal, Finance, Insurance and be confident when dealing with clients and colleagues alike.

Day to day tasks of the Receptionist Administrator include: Meet and greet at front of house, providing a warm and professional welcome Handling all incoming calls on a busy switchboard Managing enquiries and forwarding messages efficiently Updating client portals and assisting with billing / invoices Booking meeting rooms and ensuring staff and client supplies and Audio Visual requests are fulfilled Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
