This is a
hands-on people oriented customer service role in a high street retail setting , with additional responsibility for supporting and leading colleagues. You'll be joining an
established, independent family-run business
with 11 branches. It's a friendly, inclusive environment where people know each other, help each other out and work closely together across the business. It's a busy environment too, with lots happening every day, so there's always something to get involved in. You'll work closely with the owners and have an important role in keeping colleagues connected, supporting good communication and helping the teams work well together. The role
Your customer service responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and providing friendly front-of-house service Understanding customer requirements, discussing product options and
turning suitable enquiries into appointments with the right professional Supporting customers with product and technical questions Updating customer information across several systems and platforms. Alongside this, you'll: Build positive relationships with colleagues across the business Support a cohesive approach across the 11 branches Arrange and run the
weekly Tuesday Teams meeting , including setting the agenda Help the owners introduce and embed new processes Run reports on the branch results and keep information up to date Encourage good communication and consistent standards across the team Could this be you?
You may already have experience in
customer service, retail, reception, hospitality or a similar role
and be ready to take on more responsibility. We're looking for someone who enjoys people, communicates naturally, is organised and approachable, and can build good working relationships across a busy team. You'll need good
IT skills , be comfortable using different systems and reports, and be happy learning new products.
Healthcare experience isn't essential
