You'll be joining an established, independent family-run healthcare business with 11 branches.
The teams work closely together, sharing knowledge, helping each other out and collaborating across the business.

We're looking for a Customer Service & Branch Advisor to join the team.
As a Customer Service & Branch Advisor, you'll be an important part of the day-to-day running of the branch.
You'll welcome customers, answer calls, book and manage appointments and keep customer information up to date across several systems.
You'll also learn about the products and support customers of all ages with product questions.
A key part of the role is handling enquiries from customers who call or visit.
You'll understand what they're looking for, talk through the options available and help turn suitable enquiries into appointments with the right professional.
Could this be you?
The successful Customer Service & Branch Advisor will: Enjoy talking to people you'll be speaking to customers face-to-face and on the phone throughout the day. Be a good listener understanding what customers are looking for and explaining their options clearly is important. Be a team player do your fair share, help your colleagues out and get stuck in when things get busy. Be comfortable with technology you don't need to know the systems already, but good general IT skills are important. Enjoy learning you'll receive product training and learn about the products and services. Be organised you'll be juggling customers, calls, appointments and admin, so keeping on top of things matters.
You may already have experience in customer service, retail, sales, reception, hospitality or a similar role.
Healthcare experience isn't essential.
