Senior Group Risk Consultant Employee Benefits

I am partnered with a highly respected and successful wealth management business who are looking to hire a Senior Group Risk Consultant to join its Employee Benefits team. For many years, the business has supported companies in designing and managing their employee benefit programmes, including pensions, health & wellbeing, group life and sickness protection, and wider financial benefits building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
This is a small, close-knit team based in a separate office from the main business ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, ownership and a collaborative working environment without the layers of a large corporate structure. Clear career progression opportunities.
You’ll support and deliver Group Risk and Healthcare, Employee Benefits solutions across a range of products, including PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental.
- Manage market reviews, including gathering data, approaching insurers and presenting recommendations.
- Support the administration of schemes including invoicing and record updates across Pensions, PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental.
- Experience within Employee Benefits / Group Risk / Pensions.
- Strong understanding of products such as PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and Dental.
