Customer Care ManagerAshford | Full-time | 8am to 4.30pm 8.30 to 5pm (flexibility for the right candidate)Β£32,000 - Β£35,000 + 2 guaranteed bonuses across 12 months PLUS one performance-related bonusOwnership. Responsibility. Variety.

Are you an experienced Claims, Customer Care, Property, Facilities, Maintenance or Service Coordinator ready for more responsibility and a role where you can really take ownership?

The CDR Collective is partnered exclusively with a successful, family-run property services business working across commercial and residential property, supporting insurers and loss adjusters across Southern England .This newly created Customer Care Manager role is based at the new Ashford Head Office and combines claims coordination, operations and PA support to the MD . With around 75 live property damage claims at any one time, you'll be responsible for keeping claims, people and information moving from initial instruction through to completion.

What you'll be doing

Claims & OperationsAcknowledge new claims, establish what is required and arrange the relevant technician or contractor to carry out site inspectionProviding 1st class customer care to the insurer, loss adjuster and the clientEscalating urgent requirements to the Operations ManagerCoordinate appointments, site visits and ongoing work, collection of office or home furniture that needs cleaning or storage in the in house facilityKeeping the site teams up to date and providing them with clear information and following them up to get the reports uploaded to the system.

Chase instructions, approvals and information, monitor progress and escalate issues.

Maintain accurate claims data, files and documentation MS Office and GoogleDriveHead Office & PA supportProvide PA support to the MD, including diary and meeting management, reports, correspondence, and actions.

Administration for the fleet of 6 vans and 2 carsLiaising with suppliers and keeping accurate recordsAbout you Experience in claims, insurance, facilities, property maintenance, repairs coordination or a helpdesk environment is beneficial.

You'll be organised, process-minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll need to communicate confidently with different people, keep accurate records, follow things through and know when to chase or escalate.

You'll also be comfortable picking up the phone, making decisions and dealing with whatever the day brings.

You'll have direct access to the MD, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to help shape the new Ashford Head Office as the business continues to grow.2-stage interviews in early October with an ASAP start date.
