Claims Operations Manager
Ashford | Full-time | 8am to 4pm (flexibility for the right candidate)
£30,000 - £35,000 + 2 guaranteed bonuses across 12 months PLUS one performance-related bonus

Are you an experienced Claims, Property, Facilities, Maintenance or Service Coordinator ready for more responsibility and a role where you can really take ownership?
The CDR Collective is partnered exclusively with a successful, family-run property services business working across commercial and residential property, supporting insurers and loss adjusters across Southern England .
This newly created role is based at the new Ashford Head Office and combines claims coordination, operations and PA support to the MD . With around 75 live property damage claims at any one time, you'll be responsible for keeping claims, people and information moving from initial instruction through to completion.
What you'll be doing
Claims & Operations

Acknowledge new claims, establish what is required and arrange the relevant technician or contractor to carry out site inspection

Coordinate appointments, site visits and ongoing work through to completion.

Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, contractors and site teams.

Chase instructions, approvals and information, monitor progress and escalate issues.

Maintain accurate claims data, files and documentation.
Head Office & PA support

Provide PA support to the MD, including diary and meeting management, reports, correspondence, minutes and actions.

Support document control and improvements to systems and processes.
About you
Experience in claims, insurance, facilities, property maintenance, repairs coordination or a helpdesk environment is essential .
You'll be organised, process-minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll need to communicate confidently with different people, keep accurate records, follow things through and know when to chase or escalate.
You'll also be comfortable picking up the phone, making decisions and dealing with whatever the day brings.
Experience of property damage, contractor coordination, service requests or scheduling would be particularly relevant.
