Key responsibilities
Sales and purchase invoicing, including credit notes
Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
Bank reconciliations and daily transaction posting
Supplier payments and statement reconciliations
Expenses and petty cash
Preparing information for the external accountant
About you
Previous experience in transactional accounts or bookkeeping
Confident using QuickBooks (essential)
Accurate, organised and able to prioritise
Professional communicator, comfortable chasing payments
Able to work independently
