£28,000 - £33,000 + Bonus and Private Healthcare

As part of a dedicated business, the Receptionist Administrator is responsible for all things front of house and no day is the same. You'll likely come from a similar role, within a professional services environment - Legal, Finance, Insurance and be confident when dealing with clients and colleagues alike. My client prides themselves on providing a great place to work and this is proven by the longevity of service, the average being 8 years.

Day to day tasks of the Receptionist Administrator include:

  • Meet and greet at front of house, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Handling all incoming calls on a busy switchboard
  • Managing enquiries and forwarding messages efficiently
  • Updating client portals and assisting with billing / invoices
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring staff and client supplies and Audio Visual requests are fulfilled
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
