The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.
We are looking to appoint a Guidance Leader in the Secondary Phase of our All-through school.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, committed professional who has a positive attitude to ensure the effectiveness and impact of the Pastoral Team.
Main duties include supporting the Head of Year, assisting the designated safeguarding lead in the secondary phase, and managing a team with excellent communication and negotiation skills required for working with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
The candidate must have the ability to engage and understand the needs of young people within the school, inspire, challenge and motivate our pupils, and be passionate about ensuring our pupils receive outstanding pastoral care.
They should believe in creating strong, positive relationships with pupils, developing them personally, socially, emotionally and academically, and hold a mindset that anything is possible.
