Cavendish Education Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, confident and organised individual to be our Education Welfare Officer. You will be working alongside senior staff in the school to promote positive attitudes towards school attendance of pupils and their parents/carers and to ensure that pupils are present at school so as to derive maximum benefit from their education.

  • Committed to working with young people
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to students
  • Need to work flexibly within a team
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential
