We are looking for a full time (40 hours) retail assistant to join our shop in Teddington!

Summary of Role:

Retail Assistants deliver outstanding customer service, support sales growth, and maintain operational standards. They assist with stock control, fulfillment of digital orders, and ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, food safety, and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers, promoting products to drive sales
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with replenishment, and pick products accurately for digital fulfillment
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of online/click & collect orders in line with SLAs
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising to enhance the customer experience
  • Follow operational procedures, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks, including stock rotation and waste management
  • Handle cash, banking, and shift closing and opening procedures accurately
