We are looking for a new Area Manager to join our team! The Area Manager drives sales growth and customer satisfaction across multiple Cavan Bakery stores. Responsible for coaching Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering consistently positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance across multiple stores, ensuring targets and growth objectives are met
- Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across all stores
- Analyse KPIs, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement initiatives to enhance in-store sales and loyalty programs
- Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
- Maintain brand standards and promote a customer-first culture
