About You

  • Were looking for someone who is a natural leader with a positive personality, able to inspire and motivate a large team of over 25 chefs
  • Have experience working in high-volume, fresh food, à la carte restaurants, thriving in fast-paced environments not hotel kitchens
  • Passionate about mentoring and love training and developing others, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence
  • Committed to quality, passionate about food, and maintain the highest standards in every dish
  • A team player who understands the importance of collaboration and can work effectively with a diverse and dynamic team
  • You also excel under pressure, staying organised and calm in a bustling environment.
  • You will have IELTS for UKVI and/or already be in the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa
