About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Pizza Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, care about great hospitality, and want to be part of a venue that's driven by community, creativity and memorable experiences.
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and maintaining a well-organised kitchen environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage the kitchen independently.
- Plan and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards for taste and presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with essential ingredients.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and best practices.

Experience
- Proven experience as a senior Pizza Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation and meal presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes and menus that delight guests.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with customers.
