The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint a talented and inspirational Sports Coach on a fixed term basis for one school term (in the first instance) from August 26 to July 2027 initially. The role will include the coaching of either Rugby or Hockey with cricket as a desirable extra during the term time Games lessons for approx. 5 afternoons per week (20 hours), together with supporting PE lessons in the Senior and Primary sections as required.
There will also be regular Saturday fixtures, for which the post holder must be available. There may be scope for additional hours due to other school activities and to be part of the school’s touring programme. The rate of pay is currently £15.15 per hour (pay award pending), plus co-curricular payments for additional weekend fixtures. Lunch is provided daily for all staff free of charge and CSL games kit will be provided.
