£17 - £22 per hour. The Catering Agency Ltd is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency providing varied opportunities for Relief Chefs throughout the UK. Assignments include Hotels, Wedding and Event Venues, Restaurants and Gastropubs, Health, Social Care and Education Sectors. Your role as a Relief Chef can vary from CDP up to Acting Head Chef level depending on experience. Weekly paid. PAYE & Limited Company status accepted. Enhanced DBS check service. Minimum 8-hour shifts. Live in available.

To maintain our outstanding reputation we expect our candidates to have:

  • A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate & Food Allergen Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years CDP experience.
  • Organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Experience with fresh produce.
  • Background in high volume catering.
  • References.
  • Own transport an advantage.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
