We are currently recruiting for a range of SEN, SEMH and EBSA tuition packages across Hampshire. Most students are currently out of school and require calm, relationship-based and emotionally safe approaches to learning.

We are particularly looking for tutors who are:

  • Trauma-informed and patient
  • Experienced with ASD/ADHD/SEMH/EBSA
  • Calm, flexible and low-demand in approach
  • Able to build trust gradually
  • Confident adapting learning around regulation and engagement

Current Roles:

  • Basingstoke (RG24) – Year 3, 15 hours per week, Speech & Language / ASD pathway, Creative, outdoor and nurture-based approaches preferred
  • Basingstoke – QTS Required, 10 hours per week, 15-year-old with significant SEMH and trauma needs, Highly differentiated, therapeutic approach required
  • Hook (RG29) – Year 7, 15 hours per week, ASD / ADHD / SEMH, Relationship-based summer tuition, Creative and practical learning approaches

These roles would suit tutors with SEN, SEMH, alternative provision or therapeutic education experience.
