Position Overview

As a Player Protection Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our players and ensuring we meet our Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) and Responsible Gambling (RG) obligations. Acting as a key escalation point within the organisation, you’ll analyse player behaviour, conduct investigations, and support regulatory reporting – all whilst helping to strengthen awareness and best practices across the business. Responsibilities

  • Interact with players regarding Anti‐Money Laundering and Responsible Gambling matters when required.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for AML/RG cases and queries from internal teams.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of player accounts to identify potential money laundering activities or suspicious behaviour.
  • Assist the MLRO/DMLRO with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory investigations.
  • Ensure accurate and up‐to‐date account records in line with AML record‐keeping requirements.
  • Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and ongoing monitoring where required.
  • Follow up on documentation requests related to AML obligations and regulatory standards.
  • Promote AML/RG awareness as an integral part of daily operations across the company.
  • Support the Player Protection Team Lead with onboarding of new team members and delivery of ad hoc training sessions.
  • Develop deep subject‐matter expertise in AML and share knowledge with player‐facing teams.
  • Collaborate with Payments, Ambassadors, Loyalty, Marketing, and other departments to continuously improve internal procedures and controls.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) or Responsible Gambling (RG), ideally within gaming, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AML and compliance regulations, including Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures.
  • Experience conducting detailed account analysis to detect potential money laundering activities.
  • Familiarity with AML documentation, monitoring, and record‐keeping requirements.
  • Experience acting as an escalation point for AML cases and managing cross‐team queries.
  • Experience supporting investigations and preparing reports for MLRO/DMLRO or regulatory authorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry is considered a strong advantage.

Candidates must be willing to work on a regular shift basis: 08:00‐16:00 and 16:00‐00:00, between Monday‐Sunday.
