Are you a passionate Creative Arts specialist teacher with the resilience, positivity and determination to make a genuine difference? Do you thrive when working as part of a supportive, energetic team who place the social and emotional development of young people at the heart of everything they do?
As a growing provision that first opened in September 2022, this is a truly exciting moment to join our journey. We are looking for an inspirational educator who can engage, motivate and nurture our incredible young people, helping them grow not only academically, but socially and emotionally.
At The Castle School, you will be part of a close, caring team that prides itself on creating therapeutic, student centred learning environments. You will design and deliver a vibrant, engaging Creative Arts curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each learner. Every day brings the opportunity to model resilience, foster confidence, and help young people develop the skills they need to thrive.

The core purpose of the role will be to:
- Plan and deliver person centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs across key stage 3 and 4.
- Monitor and review student progress, including their social and emotional development.
- Contribute positively to our inclusive, supportive school community.
- Work closely with a wider multi professional team to create therapeutic learning environments that prioritise wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
