At The Castle School, you'll join a close, caring team committed to creating student‑centred, therapeutic learning environments. You will design and deliver a vibrant, engaging curriculum that meets the individual needs of each learner, ensuring every young person receives the support and challenge they need to succeed. Responsibilities- Plan and deliver person‑centred learning for students with a variety of individual needs.
- Monitor and review student progress and social and emotional development.
- Be part of a positive and inclusive wider school community.
- Work with a wider multi‑professional team to develop therapeutic learning environments focused on positive wellbeing for both students and colleagues.
