The Castle Practice in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work with GPs and the multidisciplinary team to provide daily clinical pharmacy support, manage acute prescriptions and lead medicines optimisation initiatives within primary care.
Applicants should have GP practice/PCN experience, GPhC registration, an MPharm degree, and an independent prescribing qualification.
