Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team of bar staff/Waiting at our hotel in the heart of Neath town centre. You will work in a variety settings as we have a total of 5 operational bars on site catering for the public, private functions, weddings, hotel guests and more If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we\'d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons
- Prepare and serve a variety of food, beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and hot drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a customer service setting/bar or restaurant - preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Must be available to work days and evenings 7 days a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
