The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town's historic and royal setting. About the role: As restaurant Floor Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Working alongside and with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager you will direct the restaurant service, creating and setting service standards for the restaurant and for the Front of House team. You will head up a restaurant culture that is inclusive, collaborative, endorses creativity and provides continual feedback to other staff.
