The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town's historic and royal setting. About the role: As our Head Waiter you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, high-quality hospitality, acting as a bridge between the restaurant manager, kitchen, and service staff. You will supervise, assist and develop waiters on their station, ensuring correct procedures and standards are maintained at all times.
