Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency with over 30 years of success in the local property market, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in West Ealing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and supportive agency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running the Sales and Lettings team, encouraging, developing, motivating as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with vendors and applicants.
  • Capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience.
  • Responsible for winning new instructions and closing the deals.
  • Offering services to landlords & vendors
  • Developing leads into viewings/instructions
  • Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
  • Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
  • Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
  • Negotiating offers
  • Diary management
  • Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.

About You

  • Experienced residential Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
  • Previous success in managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment
  • Strong organizational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation.
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Ealing, Acton, Chiswick area (desirable)
  • Full Driving License essential
