Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking a Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford. Looking after a portfolio of around 90 properties. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities
- Check ins and check out inventory reporting.
- Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
- Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
- Carrying out property inspections and meter readings
- Assist with small maintenance tasks.
- HMO Fire alarm tests and updates
- Preparing and supplying basic landlords accounts

Skills Required
- At least one year experience in a similar role
- Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Full clean driving licence
