Salary £35,000 – £40,000
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Our client with over 6 decades of experience is currently seeking a Property Manager to work within their fantastic Estate Agency based in Hampstead and manage around 150 properties. Knowledge And Skills Required
Ideally ARLA Propertymark qualified to Level 3.
Basic knowledge of heating and hot water systems, plumbing and electrical.
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and manage your time.
Enjoy being part of a team all working towards a common goal.
Responsibilities
Manage your Property Portfolio ensuring landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service and support.
Liaise with the branches to ensure all properties are ready for move in.
Deal with any routine or emergency maintenance issues in the property promptly. This can involve liaising with contractors, landlords and block managers or developers for new builds.
Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external complaints.
Ensure accounting procedure for receiving and authorising contractor invoices is followed and request funds from clients where necessary.
Ensure there is effective and efficient liaison and communication between Landlord and Tenant.
Ensure contractors have the correct insurance and certification to carry out the works instructed and that records are updated and maintained.
Deal with insurance claims, liaising with block managers, loss adjusters, arranging estimates.
Inspect properties, submit reports to landlords and follow up on any works or requirements that are raised in a timely manner.
Peruse check out reports and quantify deductions from deposits and liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate an agreement between them. If necessary, submitting disputes to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or responding to disputes submitted by tenants.
Maintain clear and constant communication between Property Management and Lettings and Accounts and Overseas offices.
Work together with the team to ensure landlords and tenants needs and requirements are being met and that excellent customer service is being maintained.
Ensure ARLA Propertymark guidelines are followed.
