Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator with great experience and exceptional customer service and organisational skills. Do you have a passion for property and thrive in this busy industry? Working as part of this team, you can be confident that your skills will be recognised; they value each member of the team and monitor performance, so all great work receives the recognition it deserves.

Based at their beautiful open plan office, you will be covering surrounding areas of Marylebone, Soho, Covent Garden, and Bloomsbury. This boutique agency has been established for 20 years and continues to flourish. You will be joining a great team, many of whom are long-standing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting viewings and letting properties
  • A confident valuer/lister with a strong instruction ratio
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
  • Facilitating a let through to move in

Previous lettings experience is essential. Full UK driving licence required.
