Our client is looking for a Lettings administrator to join their friendly team based in their Hampstead office. The busy and trendy area is a fantastic base for a Lettings Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity, covering a vast amount of London with a fantastic reputation and exceptional knowledge of the local area. Do you have impeccable customer service skills and pride yourself on being efficient. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Complete referencing process.
  • Effectively manage the office diary system.
  • Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
  • Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
  • Update website of property details
  • Experienced in Reapit & Goodlord

  • Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
  • Must be punctual and very well organised.
  • Excellent telephone manner
