Pear Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Estate Agency recruitment team in Hoddesdon.
This is a full 360 role, perfect for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-moving, people-focused sector.
The Role
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building and developing strong relationships with estate agency clients
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Growing and managing your own desk
- Negotiating fees, offers, and terms
- Providing a professional, consultative service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience (360 preferred)
- Experience within property or estate agency recruitment is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially aware
- Organised, professional, and ambitious
