Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 + £3,500 car allowance

Full license and own car required.

Our client\’s Commercial Department manages a large portfolio of freehold properties and development opportunities, requiring a Commercial Manager to oversee the letting or sale of commercial assets. The department also supports a large portfolio of external vendors and landlords.

They are seeking a Commercial Manager to advance the department\’s potential and build on their strong brand and increasing market share.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Negotiator to progress in their career, working closely with the Land department to provide a bespoke service. Currently standalone, the role aims to develop further, with plans to hire an additional negotiator in the future.

Requirements:

• Proven 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Negotiator
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
• Well organized
• Full Driving Licence
