Our client, based in the lovely area of Chelmsford, specialises in sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their motivated team and support the continued growth of the branch. Established in 2007 as a family-run business founded by father and son, the company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth
- Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
- Winning new instructions through effective negotiation and relationship building
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Carrying out accurate and well-presented property valuations
- Growing and managing the sales portfolio to maximise performance
- Carrying out professional property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
