Our client, a respected family‑run business in Borehamwood, is seeking a Sales Advisor to help maintain and enhance its reputation for bespoke outdoor buildings. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (OTE £40,000 – £50,000)
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads from website forms, phone calls, social media, and email.
- Qualify leads by identifying key requirements (purpose, size, budget, timeframe).
- Book showroom appointments or telephone consultations based on client readiness.
- Follow up with clients that have visited the showroom.
- Welcome clients to the showroom and guide them through available garden room models.
- Learn and discuss the product and guide customers through standard designs and custom options.
- Create tailored design concepts using design software and prepare quotes based on specifications.
- Update quotes as clients refine requirements.
- Coordinate appointments and site visits.
- Manage new leads, conduct showroom consultations, and attend site visits.
- Convert active quotes into sales.
