Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of rents and service charges.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in property management is preferred with a solid understanding of property law and regulations.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
