Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Site Manager who takes pride in doing the right thing, leads by example and creates a positive, well-run site environment. You’ll have previous experience managing new build housing or extra care developments (ideally working for an end client) and be confident overseeing day-to-day site activities to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll be organised, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of your site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the right standard. You’re a strong communicator who builds positive, collaborative relationships and knows how to motivate and support site teams. You’ll be confident using IT systems such as email, Word and Excel, able to prioritise competing demands, and committed to continuously developing yourself and those around you. Working knowledge of multiple construction trades, experience liaising with clients and professional teams, and a team-focused, inclusive approach are all welcomed.
