You should have solid knowledge of construction contract law, cost reporting, valuations, and the preparation of final accounts. A track record of delivering profitable projects while maintaining integrity and professionalism is essential. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing sub-contract accounts from appointment through to final settlement. This includes handling payments, financial management, warranties, and insurances with accuracy and attention to detail. You will also liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider supply chain to ensure commercial matters are effectively resolved.
