Who are we looking for?
As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Site Manager and keeping our sites running safely, smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be a visible presence on site – supporting trade activities, coordinating resources and helping to create a positive, safe and productive working environment for everyone.
At Casey, people always come first. Promoting a strong safety culture is central to this role, and you’ll lead by example in making sure safe working practices are followed and understood. You’ll also motivate and support site teams, helping them deliver high-quality work while meeting programme and productivity targets.
Working closely with the wider site management team, clients and supply partners, you’ll help plan and sequence works, monitor quality, manage day-to-day issues and support open communication on site. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards, building strong relationships and contributing to a site culture built on teamwork, respect and collaboration.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced site environment and wants to develop their leadership skills within a supportive, family-owned business that values doing the right thing.

- Keen to learn, develop and build leadership capability, with an openness to coaching and mentoring others
- Supervisory experience or a trade background would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are equally valued
What we offer you:
- Salary up to £45k depending on experience
- Car Allowance of £3000 per annum

- Pension Scheme - We contribute 2.5% more than the employee's pension contribution, up to a maximum of 7.5% (e.g. employee puts 5% in, Casey puts 7.5% in)
