This full-time on-site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Local Marketing Manager Part-Time (3 days per week) £28,000–£32,000 FTE (£16,800–£19,200 pro rata). Hybrid – 2 days in our London office, 1 day out in our clinics and local communities.
Help build one of the UK's fastest growing healthcare brands. At Carter & George, we are on a mission to give everyone the opportunity to experience healthcare like an elite athlete. We operate 17 physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics across the UK and are expanding significantly. Alongside our clinics, we’ve also launched Reformer by Carter & George, bringing clinical-quality Pilates into communities.
Responsibilities:- Build relationships with gyms, sports clubs, businesses, schools and community organisations.
- Organise local events that genuinely connect us with our communities.
- Create engaging social media content that showcases our clinicians, patients and culture.
- Plan and deliver localised email marketing campaigns through Kajabi.
- Develop campaigns that encourage former patients to return for further treatment when appropriate.
- Support the launch of new services and clinics.
- Create marketing assets using Canva and help keep our website fresh.
- Work alongside paid media activity to maximise local campaign performance.
- Measure what’s working, learn from the data and constantly improve.
- Experience ranging from graduate level to three years of marketing experience is preferred, but mindset matters more.
- Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, fitness, healthcare or another commercially driven environment is valuable.
- Proactive, organiser and full of ideas who sees opportunities before they’re asked.
- Enjoys meeting people, building relationships and representing a brand out in the community.
- Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Thinks strategically but thrives on execution and variety.
