The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is seeking a Transport Coordinator to provide essential administrative support within the transport operation. You will help manage transport enquiries, keep schedules and booking records accurate, and ensure smooth communications between members, internal teams and the Transport Team.

The role involves organising fleet maintenance administration, vehicle checks, servicing schedules, mileage monitoring and coordinating arrivals, departures and events.
