Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised touch to each guest’s stay, from placing family photos and home‑baked shortbread by their bedside to ensuring their preferred bedding is ready – making every visit to Skibo feel special.
- Work proactively and attentively, responding to guest requests and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
