At the heart of the guest arrival experience at Skibo is the care and attention given to every detail across the estate. From the moment our members arrive at their lodge, the exterior presentation sets the tone for their stay. As an Exterior Lodge Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring each lodge is immaculately prepared, delivering the high standards and sense of arrival our members expect and value. Working across our beautiful estate, this role is key in maintaining the exceptional presentation that defines The Carnegie Club experience.
About The Role
- Preparing lodge exteriors to an exceptional standard prior to every guest arrival
- Cleaning and maintaining windows, frames, and surrounding finishes with meticulous attention to detail
- Carrying out high-level dusting and removing cobwebs to ensure a pristine appearance
- Cleaning and presenting decking areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and guest-ready
- Maintaining and arranging outdoor furniture in line with presentation standards
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns across lodge exteriors
- Managing your daily schedule independently to ensure all lodges are completed on time
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are maintained and used safely and effectively
About You
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or presentation-focused role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
- Full, valid driving licence (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistently high standards
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
