From relaxed Brasserie-style dining to elegant fine dining, our culinary offering is varied, thoughtful and rooted in quality. We take pride in doing things properly - baking our own bread and pastries, curing salmon in-house and preparing dishes from scratch. Our kitchen teams work across two locations: one within the Castle and one in the Clubhouse, both offering a supportive, professional and fast-paced environment.

  • Receiving and storing food deliveries in line with food safety standards
  • Assisting with basic food preparation, including vegetables and staff meals
