Our People & Culture team plays a vital role in creating an engaging, supportive environment where talented individuals can perform at their best. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Coordinator to support the smooth running of our People & Culture function.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, planning and helping others succeed. You don’t need previous HR experience; what matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate and keep things running efficiently. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring our people processes run seamlessly. You’ll support the team with organisation, administration and planning, helping deliver a positive experience for colleagues from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and beyond. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where attention to detail, strong organisation and a collaborative approach will be key.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Support recruitment activity by managing our Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint) and coordinating candidate communications and interview logistics.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring information is organised and up to date.
  • Provide payroll administration support, including collating and inputting relevant information into Moorepay.
  • Assist with the coordination of People & Culture initiatives, projects and internal communications.
  • Manage calendars, schedules and planning to help the team stay organised and prepared.
  • Provide general day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support across the People & Culture function.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You might currently work in administration, coordination, hospitality, operations, events or office support, and be looking for a role where you can make a real impact on people’s experience at work. You will bring:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using systems and learning new tools
  • A people-focused and approachable attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues across the business
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset

You don't need to meet every point listed above to be a great fit for the role. Instead, focus on showcasing your strongest skills, experience and personal qualities - we’re interested in what makes you a great fit for the role and how you can contribute your unique strengths to our team.

What We Offer You

  • Share of gratuities
  • 33 days annual leave pro-rata
  • Auto enrolment pension scheme
  • Occupational sick pay
  • Family friendly support
  • Life cover
  • Access to wellness platform providing support on nutrition, exercise, health, finances, legal support and more
