Our Front of House team is at the heart of the member and guest experience. Working across Switchboard and Club Concierge, this team ensures seamless communication, personalised service, and a warm, professional welcome at every stage of the guest journey.
As a Switchboard Receptionist, you will play a vital role within this wider team, balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality to create a consistently exceptional experience. You will be the central communication hub of the Club; handling calls, coordinating requests, and supporting the wider Front of House operation while delivering a warm, engaging, and personalised experience to every member and guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage all internal and external calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Act as a key first point of contact, creating a positive and lasting first impression
- Deliver a personalised, concierge-level service—anticipating needs and building strong rapport with members and guests
- Coordinate and communicate requests clearly across departments, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
Front of House Support
- Work collaboratively with Concierge, Reservations, and Host teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks as required
- Provide flexible support across Front of House operations during peak periods and events
Operations & Coordination
- Handle deliveries, post, and package tracking with care and organisation
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures where applicable
- Stay informed on club services, events, and opportunities to enhance the guest experience

About You
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality environment (4/5* preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer literacy (including reservation systems where applicable)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
