The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team serving members and guests. This role suits a skilled chef who takes pride in seasonal, ingredient‑led cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Run your section confidently during service.
- Prepare and deliver high quality dishes to consistent standards.
- Work with seasonal produce including ingredients grown in the estate gardens.
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness and food safety within your section.
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
- Work closely with the senior team from preparation through to service.
Working Pattern:
40 hour working week. No split shifts. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
