At the heart of the member experience at Skibo is our Front of House team. Known for their warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service, this team plays a vital role in creating the magic our members return for time and again. As a Club Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of the castle - building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
  • Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements.
  • Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.

About You

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a concierge, front of house, or guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members' club environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability.
  • Confidence in managing check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently.
