The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Working Hours

5 days per week; Saturday working is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain a high standard of product and industry knowledge

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the motor trade
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
